Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching and Self-Mastery Programs
Narcissistic abuse recovery coaching is private, one to one work to break the trauma bond, rebuild self-trust, and set boundaries that hold. There are three ways to do it with me: a single 60 minute session, an 8 week recovery program, or a 10 week self-mastery program. All of it is online, worldwide, and it is coaching, not therapy.

How to choose, honestly.
Start with a single session if
You have one decision in front of you and you need clear thinking on it now. A conversation you are dreading, a message you do not know how to answer, or the question of whether what you are experiencing even counts as abuse.
Start with recovery if
You are out or getting out, and the hard part is not information, it is that your body has not caught up. You keep going back, or you cannot stop replaying it, or you no longer recognise yourself. This is the main program, and it is where most people begin.
Start with self-mastery if
The acute phase is genuinely over. You are stable, you are not in contact, and now you want the thing recovery alone does not give you: range, standards, and a self that manipulation cannot get a handle on.
Recovery is not "getting over it." It is five steps, in order.
The RENEW Method is a five step path from narcissistic abuse recovery to self-leadership. Most people try to heal in the wrong sequence, rebuilding self-worth while the nervous system is still in survival mode, or going no contact without understanding why they keep breaking it. RENEW works in the order your mind and body actually heal.
Recognize the abuse pattern
You learn to see what happened for what it was: the cycle, the gaslighting, the trauma bond, the discard. When you can name the pattern, you stop blaming yourself for not leaving sooner. Recognition is where the self-blame ends.
Establish personal safety
We end the chaos loop. Real no contact where possible, grey rock where it is not, and simple nervous system tools so you stop living in fight or flight. Nothing else holds until this is in place.
Name your needs and values
You reconnect with what you actually feel, want, and stand for, after years of it being overwritten. This is where your own voice comes back.
Exit harmful conditioning
We release the beliefs and reflexes the abuse trained into you, so the old programming stops quietly running your choices, your relationships, and your self-talk.
Write self-led standards
You set the standards that run your life and your relationships from here. Clear, non-negotiable, and yours. This is the line no one gets to talk you out of again.
Step into self-mastery
You stop managing damage and start building range. This is the bridge from recovering to leading yourself, and it is where the Self-Mastery program picks up.
This is where recovery becomes self-leadership. The goal is not just to heal. It is to become someone abuse can never find a handle on again.
What clients say.
Before working with Vishnu, I was second-guessing everything. I did not know which thoughts were mine and which were planted by my ex. The RENEW method gave me a roadmap when I felt completely lost. I finally feel like myself again, but stronger.
I had gone no contact three times and kept breaking it. It felt like an addiction. Understanding the trauma bond and regulating my nervous system changed everything. It was not just talk therapy, it was actionable steps to get my power back.
Vishnu does not just listen, he equips you. Setting boundaries used to make me feel physically sick. Now they are non-negotiable standards. The Self-Mastery program is exactly that, mastery over your own life.
Questions about the programs
Which program should I start with?
If you are still in it, just out, or the trauma bond still has a grip on you, start with the 8 week Narcissistic Abuse Recovery program. If the abuse is genuinely behind you and you want to build range rather than repair damage, start with Self-Mastery. If you only need clarity on one specific situation, book a single session. If you are unsure, book a free fit call and I will tell you honestly, including if the answer is none of them yet.
How are sessions delivered?
Everything is online and private, over video. Clients join from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and elsewhere, and sessions are scheduled in your timezone.
Do you offer payment plans?
Ask me on the fit call. I would rather have a direct conversation about what is workable than publish a rigid policy that stops someone reaching out.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Life with post-separation abuse is unpredictable, and I build for that. Reschedule with reasonable notice and we simply move the session. Full details are confirmed before you start.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you tell me stays between us. One limit worth naming honestly: coaching does not carry the same legal privilege as licensed therapy, so if you need legally privileged confidentiality, a licensed clinician is the right choice.
Can coaching replace therapy?
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, dealing with active trauma symptoms, or managing a diagnosable condition, clinical support comes first. Many clients do both, and that combination often works well.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. More support resources, including UK, Canada and Australia, are here.
