This policy explains what personal information Vishnu Ra Coaching collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It is written to be readable rather than impressive.

Who is responsible for your data

Vishnu Ra Coaching, operating the website at vishnura.com, is responsible for the personal information described here. If you have a question about your data, contact me through the contact page.

What is collected

• Booking information. When you book a call or a session, the booking is handled by cal.com. They collect your name, email address, timezone and anything you write in the booking form. This information is used to schedule and deliver the session.
• Messages you send. If you email me, I receive whatever you choose to write, along with your email address.
• Coaching notes. If we work together, I may keep private notes to deliver the coaching well. These are for my use only and are not shared.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by third party payment providers. I do not receive or store your full card details.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

What is not collected

This website does not use advertising trackers, does not sell your data, and does not set marketing cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before that happens.

Why it is collected

To schedule and deliver coaching, to reply to you, to take payment, and to keep the site working and secure. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.

Third parties involved

• cal.com, scheduling and booking.
• Payment processors, taking payment for sessions and programs.
• Website hosting and content delivery, serving these pages.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.

Confidentiality

What you tell me in coaching stays between us. One honest limitation worth stating plainly: coaching does not carry the same legal privilege as licensed therapy. If you need legally privileged confidentiality, a licensed clinician is the right choice. I may also have to act outside confidentiality where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone's safety, or where the law requires it.

How long information is kept

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Coaching notes are kept only as long as they are useful for our work together. You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will do so, except where I am required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information held about you, correct it, request deletion, object to certain processing, or request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, contact me and I will respond.
