Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or take part in coaching with Vishnu Ra Coaching. Booking a session means you accept them.

Coaching is not therapy

This is the most important term on this page. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical care or psychiatric care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Vishnu Ra is a certified coach, not a licensed mental health professional, and does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition.

Nothing on this website or in a session is medical advice, psychological advice, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself, or you are in physical danger, contact emergency services or use the resources on the crisis support page. Do not wait for a coaching session.

What is offered

• Single Session, $200, one private 60 minute online session.
• Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, $888, an 8 weeks private online program.
• Self-Mastery, $1,288, a 10 weeks private online program.

All coaching is delivered online. Prices are in US dollars.

No guarantee of outcome

Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend heavily on your own participation and circumstances. No specific outcome, result or timeline is promised or guaranteed. Any testimonials on this site reflect the experience of those individuals and are not a promise that you will have the same experience.

Payment

Sessions and programs are paid in advance unless something else is agreed in writing. Payments are handled by third party payment processors.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Life during and after abuse is unpredictable, and scheduling is treated accordingly. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions without notice may be treated as a used session. Specific terms are confirmed with you before a program starts.

Ending the work

You can stop at any time. Coaching may also be ended, with a fair discussion of any remaining balance, if it becomes clear that what you need is clinical care rather than coaching, if the work is not serving you, or if conduct toward me is abusive.

Confidentiality

What you share is kept private. As noted in the privacy policy, coaching does not carry the legal privilege that licensed therapy does, and confidentiality may be limited where there is serious and immediate risk to someone's safety or where the law requires disclosure.

Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
• You will tell me if you are under the care of a mental health professional, so the work can be coordinated sensibly.
• You will seek appropriate professional help for medical, psychological or legal matters.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the RENEW Method framework and all written materials, belongs to Vishnu Ra Coaching. Materials shared with you during coaching are for your personal use and are not to be redistributed or resold.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishnu Ra Coaching is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching. You take part voluntarily and remain responsible for your own choices.
