Crisis support
If you need help right now.
Coaching is not emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, or you are thinking about harming yourself, please use one of these lines first. They are free, they are confidential, and they are staffed by people trained for exactly this.
If you are in immediate physical danger, stop reading and contact your local emergency services now.

A note on digital safety
If you are still living with, or in contact with, someone who monitors you, be careful about what you leave behind on your devices.
- Browsing history, including this page, can be seen by anyone with access to your device or account. Private or incognito mode helps, but it is not complete protection.
- Shared phone plans, shared cloud accounts and family location sharing can all expose calls, messages and your location.
- If you think your devices are monitored, use a device the other person has never had access to, such as a friend's phone or a library computer, for anything sensitive.
- Many domestic abuse organisations have a quick-exit button and specific technology safety guidance. Use it.
Where coaching fits
Coaching is not therapy, not medical care, and not crisis support. It is for the rebuilding phase, once you are safe enough to work on recovery rather than survival. If you are past the emergency and ready for that, here is where to start.
