Let's talk.

The fastest way to start is a free fit call. It is private, there is no pitch, and if I am not the right person for what you are carrying I will tell you.

Book a free fit call

A short, private conversation about where you are and what you need. Free, no obligation, and scheduled in your timezone.

Prefer to write first?

Send me a message and I will reply personally. Please keep it brief if you are worried about someone having access to your accounts.

What I can help with

Recovery from narcissistic and emotional abuse, breaking a trauma bond, no contact and grey rock strategy, rebuilding self-trust, boundaries and standards, and self-mastery after recovery.

What I cannot help with

Diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, medication, legal advice or court strategy, and emergency or crisis intervention. Coaching is not therapy.

If you are in crisis

Please do not wait for a reply from me. Use the crisis lines listed here, they are staffed 24 hours in most countries.

Before you reach out

What happens on a fit call?

It is a short, free, private conversation. You tell me what is going on, I ask a few questions, and we work out whether coaching with me is the right next step. There is no pitch at the end. If I am not the right person, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

How quickly will I hear back?

I answer messages personally, usually within a couple of working days. If something is urgent, please use the crisis resources rather than waiting for a reply from me.

Is what I write to you private?

Yes. What you send me stays between us. One honest limit: email is not a secure channel, so if you are worried about someone monitoring your accounts, keep the message brief and book a call instead.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. More support resources, including UK, Canada and Australia, are here.
